Electric Guitar For Worship

Want to play the electric guitar confidently in a worship band? This course equips you with the essential theory, skills, and gear knowledge needed to serve effectively in contemporary worship.

What you’ll learn:

• The CAGED system for better fretboard navigation

• The Nashville numbering system & slash chords

• Your role as an electric guitarist in a worship team

• Basic soloing techniques, effects, and amp simulations

Dates: 19 & 26 Jul or 6 & 13 Sep (Saturdays)

Time: 2-5pm

Venue: MSM

Participant Fees: $300 including GST

* Each class requires a minimum of 10 participants to start and has a maximum capacity of 20. For guitarists with at least one year of playing experience. While all guitarists are welcome, the focus will be on the electric guitar.

His background in live performance recording, and ministry makes him the ideal guide to help you navigate the role of an electric guitarist in worship.
