METHODIST FESTIVAL CHOIR

festival

The Methodist Festival Choir (MFC) offers a unifying stage for Methodists and individuals from various denominations to come together in song and mutual support within the music ministry. Established in 2013 by the Methodist School of Music (MSM), the MFC is driven by several core objectives: fostering a nurturing space for education, support, and fellowship among choir members; supplying musical resources to churches; delivering presentations at key Methodist occasions including the Aldersgate, Lent, and Advent services; and extending their reach to the broader community through at least one public concert annually.

Under the leadership of Mrs. Wong Lai Foon, the Resident Conductor, and Mrs. Judith Laoyan-Mosomos, the Artistic Director, the MFC navigates a diverse musical repertoire that includes both Classical and Contemporary pieces.

Rehearsals are conducted every Tuesday from 7:30pm to 10:00pm at the Methodist Centre located at 70 Barker Road.
