Struggling to transition from classical playing to contemporary worship? This course is designed for classically-trained pianists looking to adapt their skills for contemporary worship. Learn how to use your classical foundation to play effectively, whether solo or with a band.

* Participants should have classical piano training, a basic understanding of chords, and at least 6 months of experience playing contemporary Christian music.

About the Instructor:

Joyce Poh holds a Masters in Music from the University of Sheffield and has been serving in the music ministry for almost 40 years. She has been involved in contemporary worship for more than 30 years in various capacities (pianist, worship band music director), and is a member of Pentecost Methodist Church.
